How the Process Works
1. A carrier requests the service.
2. Fulcrum provides the carrier with onboarding documents for review.
3. The carrier completes and signs the applicable authorization documents.
4. The carrier notifies the homeowner, tenant, or property access contact that Fulcrum has been assigned.
5. Fulcrum coordinates scheduling and site access directly with the provided property access contact.
6. Fulcrum performs the authorized asphalt shingle repairability assessment(s).
7. Fulcrum provides an Asphalt Shingle Repairability Assessment Report and supporting documentation to the requesting carrier.
